| The ever-expanding charms of the Millennium Copyright Act do REQUIRE that each copy of a Reserve Form request be signed by the requestor. The Copyright Act means that Reserve Forms must have "blue-ink" signatures--i.e. original signature only, no faxes or email. For Interlibrary loans the Online ILL Request Form requires that you enter your UID (university ID) in the barcode area. | |
